Competition for Second Life?

Or just more gaming and self promotion from Sony?

Sony announced Wednesday, at the Game Developer Conference in San Francisco, two games for its PlayStation 3. The first, called “Home,” is very similar to Second Life, but offered with a fair amount of games, music, and movies (All “Sony-approved”). The second game is called “LittleBigPlanet,” where players can build games and such for avatars in a virtual world. Versions of each should be available in the fall.
